Modern semi-detached house over 2 floors on the edge of the nature and holiday park in Klein Labenz with a wonderful view of the Groß Labenzer See from the living room and the balcony terrace. Relax in the middle of the Sternberger Seenlandschaft nature park and enjoy the wonderful view of the calming landscape. The Groß Labenzer See is surrounded by a lot of forest and is an excellent destination for anglers due to its abundance of fish. Rowing boats are available to you subject to availability and for a fee.

Activities nearby: The Sternberger Seenland nature park, the Warnow, the Groß Labenzer See and the many forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hikes, bike tours and various water sports. Thanks to the central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and Schwerin or Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. It is less than 45 minutes to Rostock and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg or Berlin are no problem.
