Modern holiday apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house on the edge of the nature and holiday park in Klein Labenz, offering stunning views of Lake Groß Labenz from the living room and balcony terrace. Relax amidst the Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park and enjoy the magnificent views of the tranquil landscape. Lake Groß Labenz is surrounded by extensive forests and, due to its abundance of fish, is an excellent destination for anglers. Rowboats are available for rent, subject to availability.

Included highlights: Wi-Fi (limited performance), final cleaning, parking, all utilities, rowboat (weather permitting, June 1st - September 4th).

Nearby activities: The Sternberger Seenlandschaft Nature Park, the Warnow River, Lake Groß Labenz, and the numerous forests and meadows are ideal starting points for hiking, cycling, and various water sports. Thanks to its central location in the heart of Mecklenburg, both the Baltic Sea and the cities of Schwerin and Wismar can be reached in 20 minutes. Rostock is less than 45 minutes away, and even day trips to Lübeck, Hamburg, or Berlin are easily possible.

We had a good time at this holiday apartment, It was spacious enough for our family, and the kids loved the garden furniture outside, The parking was convenient, and we found it easy to explore nearby attractions like Schwerin and Wismar,

*Beautiful view, but overall very disappointing** The only positive aspect is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, the negative points clearly outweigh the positives: there were dead insects everywhere in the accommodation, the windows were dirty, and the bathrooms were overall unclean. Additionally, an unpleasant smell came from the drains. There were no accessible cleaning supplies, so one couldn't even ensure cleanliness oneself. Bedding and towels were provided without prior booking, but were later charged, which seems very unprofessional. Particularly problematic was the heating, which was partially defective – absolutely unacceptable with outside temperatures of about -7 °C. Additionally, the trash bins were already overflowing upon our arrival. The landlord was contacted multiple times but had no satisfactory solutions and appeared late despite prior arrangements. Overall, we felt left alone with the problems. Definitely no recommendation!
