Location and surroundings of object

Nisdorf has no through road, behind it there is only the sea. Rural tranquillity prevails here.
Stralsund with its old town, maritime museum, Ozeaneum, theatre, cinema and restaurants is only 15 km away. Rostock, Warnemünde, Greifswald, Grimmen, Hiddensee and the island of Rügen are also nearby. It is 20 km to Barth, where Fischland, Darß and Zingst attract visitors with their beautiful Baltic beaches.
Nisdorf is an ideal starting point for cycling and canoeing tours, for nature lovers and those interested in culture.

* How to get there:
By car:
From Rostock on the B105 in the direction of Stralsund. After Löbnitz, in the village of Karnin, turn left towards Flemendorf. In the village, turn right towards Altenpleen. After Groß Kordshagen, take the second left towards Günz. In Günz, turn left towards Nisdorf.
Alternatively, take the A20 motorway to the Tribsees exit and then the L192 and L21 to Günz. Continue as above.
We will send you detailed directions before you arrive.

By train and bicycle:
To Martensdorf railway station (13 km to Nisdorf) or Hbf. Stralsund (18 km to Nisdorf)

After receiving the booking confirmation we ask for a deposit. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Bed linen is included in the price, please bring your own towels if possible, we provide a small selection.
Electricity for the use of the sauna will be charged at the end of your holiday according to consumption.
Landline calls within Germany are free of charge, international calls and calls to mobile phones will be charged after your trip.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Beste Ausstattung, alles da, was man benötigt.
Zum spazieren gehen oder Fahrrad fahren sehr gut geeignet. Der Ostseeradweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Very nice vacation

We had a wonderful holiday at the Bodden. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The inventory is very well maintained, and with a sauna house in the garden (which we didn't use because the weather was just too good! :-) ) and an appealing terrace, the location is simply perfect, also very quiet. Thanks for the information folder in the house, we explored a lot of it, mostly by bike, because with the good network of bicycle paths, the car can also take a vacation. Many thanks to the Sidow family and also to Mrs. Hack for the good communication. We would love to come back to Nisdorf!

Beautiful quiet holiday home, ideal for unwinding

We were able to relax for two wonderful weeks in the beautiful holiday home. We deliberately chose the quiet location in the village of Nisdorf, located directly on the Bodden, where there is no through traffic. However, there is also no mobile phone reception at the house, but the Sidow family has a landline phone and good Wi-Fi for use in the house. There is even a sauna on the property, which we did not use. The key handover and introduction to the house went perfectly. Conclusion: Very nice, well-maintained, and fully equipped house, ideal for relaxation.

An oasis in the middle of the desert.

The holiday home is an oasis of tranquility. It is cozy and has everything you need, from kitchen utensils to bicycles. You can have a wonderful breakfast or dinner on the terrace, or simply relax with a glass of wine. The beds are also excellent. The sauna is also wonderful, so nothing is missing for a perfect holiday. With the bicycles provided in the house, you can take beautiful bike rides along the Bodden and even ride to Barth. The Darß is also not far away, so you can enjoy long Baltic Sea beaches as well. All in all, it is a perfect holiday home. We enjoyed our time very much and will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday home for two

We stayed in the Sidow family's holiday home in Nisdorf in October 2019 for crane watching. The location of the place is ideal for this. The house is sufficiently spacious for two adults, well and fully equipped, and its location in the castle garden, away from any sources of noise from roads, railways, or industry, guarantees absolute peace and relaxation. Those interested in nature in wide landscapes and near water, who enjoy observing many species of waterbirds in large numbers, will be perfectly accommodated in Nisdorf and its surroundings. We felt very comfortable in the house.

Ideal place and time for "Kranichzeit"

Being here during "Kranichzeit" has been an unbelievable experience. I would recommend to anyone to come here in October as it is extra peaceful. The guest house here is very cozy, clean and has everything you need, and the use of the bicycles really made all the difference in the world being able to explore the surroundings not accessible by car. But above all, in October, Nisdorf is the epicenter of crane activity. We thank you very much for this opportunity and will cherish the memories we have made here.
