Holiday home Casa Andrea has 3 accommodation units and direct access to the lake.
The spacious 2. 5 room apartment "St. Andrea Panorama", located on the top floor of the house, has a spacious, partly covered panoramic terrace (approx. 40 m2) with fascinating scenery, a beautiful seating area with table and chairs, as well as 2 sunbeds. From here you can enjoy the magnificent view and the summer sun until the evening hours in "Polposition". Refreshment is provided by the beach, which is right under your feet.
In the living room there is a large dining table and two cozy sofas, each of which can be converted into a sofa bed. The antique furniture gives the apartment a special flair. A large flatsceen TV and Wi-Fi are of course part of it. The separate kitchen with modern appliances is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine is also integrated in the kitchen.
Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a sink with mirror, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in rain shower and toilet. At the entrance there is a small courtyard with 12m2, which can also be used.
The infrastructure of the house includes a separate side room for shared use. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, as well as a clothes rack, iron and ironing board available. Access to the house is via a staircase with about 40 steps down to the entrance.
You can park your car in the nearby public parking lots. Due to the good location and the proximity to public transport, it is also easy to spend the holidays without a car. The bus stop and Gerra Train Station are about a 3-minute walk away. Restaurants and grocery store are located in the resort.
The holiday home "St. Andrea" is located in Gerra Gambarogno, on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. From Gerra you can visit Italy, such as the weekly market in Luino, or explore the beautiful places on the lake with their different characteristics. The towns of Ascona and Locarno can also be reached by car or boat in about 20 minutes. The boat dock is about 200 m away.
The Gambarogno Riviera is located on the shores of Lake Maggiore, just opposite Locarno and Ascona. In late autumn to early spring the region remains rather shady, but in summer it transforms into a fascinating holiday paradise with long sunny days thanks to the deep green lake, beautiful villages and mountains in the background. Palm trees, vineyards, chestnut forests and pretty villages on the banks and on the hills; the Gambarogno Riviera embodies all this. On the hilltop terrace between Piazzogna and Vairano lies the famous Botanical Garden of Reto Eisenhut; worth a visit. Numerous hiking trails wind through chestnut forests and lush pastures past dreamy alpine villages to the mountains of Monte Gambarogno and Monte Tamaro with fantastic panoramic views.

The Casa Andrea Panorama is highly recommended, the apartment is very nice, very clean, and has everything you need. The holiday home is right on the beach and from the terrace of the Panorama apartment, you have a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. For us, the apartment was perfect and we will definitely visit it again soon.

I enjoyed a wonderful holiday week with my dogs in this grand apartment. Very clean. Beautifully and cozily furnished with a lot of flair and heart. The terrace is absolutely amazing. I will definitely book again. Thanks to the friendly owners and the whole Fewotessin team.

We booked the apartment for the first time and were not disappointed at all. Everything went smoothly and was provided in excellent quality. The proximity to the cozy beach was outstanding. Any traffic noise was mainly noticeable during the day, which hardly bothered us (and cannot be avoided), as it almost completely faded away in the evening. The railway line is hardly noticeable thanks to noise protection measures. Highly recommended and on our list of destinations we would like to visit again.
