Welcome to our charming holiday home in Het Baken holiday park in Scharendijke, Zeeland, Netherlands. With 80 square meters of living space, three bedrooms, and one bathroom with a separate toilet, our holiday home can accommodate up to five guests.
The holiday home is ideal for a family vacation amidst the idyllic landscape of Zeeland. It is also dog-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along. Enjoy the spacious garden, which invites you to play and relax. There are enough garden furniture in the garden shed. A BBQ grill is available, perfect for cozy barbecue evenings on the large terrace.
You enter the house from a private cul-de-saulane through a front garden. There is also the parking space for your car in the front garden area. From the entrance hall, there is a separate toilet room and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and washing machine. There is sufficient storage space. A hair dryer is also there.
The ground-level area is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
The open living area has a comfortable seating arrangement and a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings. The dining table is intended for five people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and sufficient dishes, cutlery, and pots. An extractor hood ensures fresh air while cooking on the four-burner gas stove. Adjacent to the living area is the (parents') bedroom with a large double bed [2x 90x200] and a large mirrored wardrobe. They reach two more bedrooms via a spiral staircase, one with a single bed {90x200} and two single beds {2x90x200} and a crib. There are enough quilts and pillows available. You must bring your own bed linens and mattress covers.
A television provides entertainment, and free Wi-Fi is available. And for those who enjoy reading, there are books available. There is a shelf in the hallway with a large selection for both adults and children. The house is for non-smokers only.
The holiday house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The quiet location is ideal for a relaxed vacation away from the hustle and bustle.

Location and surroundings of object
Scharendijke is a nice village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The bungalow park Het Baken consists of 66 houses with predominantly larger plots. A small playground and soccer goals are available for the children. Numerous restaurants are located in the village center, 400 meters away. The supermarket about 800 meters away is well-stocked, and the fishmonger is also there several days a week. In Scharendijke, there are a total of 3 different bicycle dealers/rental shops.
In the marina, you can dock a smaller boat by arrangement with the harbor master on a daily or weekly basis. There, you will find an Italian restaurant offering a fantastic view over De Grevelingen.
The distance to the North Sea beach is 0.7 km and to the Grevelingen beach it is 0.5 km. There are nice water play devices for the children and a special pier for divers there. Toilet and shower facilities are also available. This beach is particularly suitable for smaller children.

| The booking fee pertains to the tourist tax/resort tax and amounts to €2.04 (price for 2024) per day and per person. This will be due together with the remaining rent payment. With our local administrator, you will deposit a security in the amount of €200.00. Upon your departure, the cleaning costs as well as energy costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be handed over. If any items are damaged, we ask for a corresponding note so that the following guests can be informed. |

The small bedroom 3 with only 1 bed on the upper floor is not included in the rental from October 15 to March 31 as a private room (locked by the landlord)!!!
