Within its white stone walls and under its courtyards are a cathedral and numerous shops, bars, and cafes also only 17km from the small Mediterranean town Omiš and Cetina River with many activities like whitewater rafting (recommended activity that is very easy and attractive), zip-line, canoeing, canyoning, individual or group boat tours on the river and to islands Brač, Hvar or Vis.

Also, you can do various sports on the beach: windsurfing, sailing, sports catamarans, waterskiing, and water skating. Due to the vicinity of Split, all traffic communications are near: the airport (27 km), seaport (8 km), bus station for international traffic (8 km), railway station (8km), and the motorway (27 km), then golf, paddle and tennis courts only 1,5km far from the villa. Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
