Description
The studio has a sleeping/living area and a bathroom. It is ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Our small, cozy studio is located very close to Lake Veere, surrounded by beautiful nature and not far from the lovely North Sea beach.
It is surrounded by a lush green garden. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, explore the surroundings, and leave the stress of everyday life behind. Whether water sports, cycling, or simply relaxing – Zeeland offers something for everyone! Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a cooktop (induction), grill, kettle, and coffee machine, ideal for self-catering.
The studio is furnished with comfortable furniture, a cozy bed with bed linen, and a television. Free Wi-Fi and German TV channels are also available.
The bathroom is modern and features all necessary amenities, including a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. The studio is bright and airy. Please note that this is a non-smoking studio. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Above all, the horses across from the studio, who greeted us almost every morning, and the beautiful Highland cows made this place somehow magical for us. ? Together with the direct lake that we enjoyed during every walk, this vacation had something incredibly calming and grounding.
People often talk about simply "switching off," but we could really do that here. The nature, the peace, and this special atmosphere will stay in our memories for a long time, and we will come back as soon as possible if we can. Of course, we would have wished for a little better weather at the end of March, but even rain could not take away anything from the special effect of this place. ?

Super beautiful accommodation
We felt very comfortable at Jessica Spiess's place these days. The studio is small but nice and has everything you need. The reception was very warm, and we have already booked again for the coming year. We can recommend the studio at any time - it is suitable for singles, couples, or even up to four people during the summer months, as there is also a Pipowagen (converted construction trailer) with a bed. All in all, it is a place to feel good and is suitable for beautiful excursions.

Mega beautiful studio, very nice landlords
Super beautiful and lovingly furnished studio, super nice landlords, optimal prices.
The studio has everything you need.
Enclosed beautiful and decorated small garden, where you can relax nicely or just enjoy a cup of coffee, etc.!
Quietly located, not far from the beautiful Veerse Meer.
Beautiful area!
We and our dog felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Vacation with Dog
A truly very cozy apartment with a large cozy outdoor area. Great for relaxing and recovering. The sea is not far and wonderful in the early morning. A wonderful footpath also leads to the North Sea. The next vacation is already booked.

Vacation with Dog
We spent four beautiful days here with our little dog. A small but fine studio, everything furnished with a lot of love. Very nice little fenced garden. We felt very welcome with our landlord. We would love to come back.

Ich mach’s dir etwas emotionaler und „lebendiger“, so dass man richtig merkt, warum dieser Ort euch berührt hat:

Vor allem die Pferde gegenüber vom Studio, die uns fast jeden Morgen begrüßt haben, und die wunderschönen Highlandkühe haben diesen Ort für uns irgendwie magisch gemacht. ?
Zusammen mit dem direkten See, den wir bei jeder Gassirunde genießen durften, hatte dieser Urlaub etwas unglaublich Ruhiges und Erdendes. ?
Man spricht oft davon, einfach mal „abzuschalten“, aber genau das konnten wir hier wirklich. Die Natur, die Ruhe und diese besondere Atmosphäre werden uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben und wir werden, wenn möglich bald wiederkommen. ?
Natürlich hätten wir uns Ende März ein klein wenig besseres Wetter gewünscht, aber selbst Regen konnte diesem Ort nichts von seiner besonderen Wirkung nehmen. ?
Danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften. ?

Der Empfang war total herzlich und wir haben bereits wieder für das kommende Jahr gebucht.
Wir können das Studio jederzeit empfehlen- es bietet sich Singles, Pärchen oder auch für bis zu vier Personen während der Sommermonate an, da es noch einen Pipowagen (umgebauten Bauwagen) mit einem Bett gibt.
Alles in allem ist es ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und bietet sich an für schöne Ausflüge an.
Studio hat alles was man braucht.
Eingezäunter schöner und dekorieter kleiner Garten,wo man schön relaxen kann oder auch nur mal eine Tasse Kaffee usw. geniessen!!
Ruhig gelegen,nicht weit vom schönen Veerse Meer entfernt.

Wir hatten alles was nötig war in einem kleinen Studio.
Die Lage war gut das Verse Meer fußläufig erreichbar
Man kann schöne Radtouren planen von dort aus
Zu erwähnen ist der schöne Sitzplatz vor dem Studio bei dem man Abends
ein schönes kleines Feuer schüren kann und die Hängeschaukel in der
man wunderbar chillen kann.
Von der ersten bis zur letzten Kommunikation war alles geprägt von Gastfreundschaft und Kompetenz. Buchung, Anreise. Bezahlung usw. liefen transparenz und für beide Seiten immer überschaubar ab.
Man hat alle Infos die man brauchte bekommen.
Die fehlenden Sterne bei Preis /Leistung gehen eigentlich an die Region Zeeland/Holland die insgesamt ja sehr hoch ist im Preis, da liegt das Studio absolut im richtigen Spektrum.
Von daher nochmal:absolut empfehlenswert?
