We have been coming for several years, we find the cottage no. 42 amazing, the location is great, we enjoy being there, otherwise we wouldn't have been coming back for years. But this time there are indeed several things that could be improved as various things are broken/need to be repaired. For example, extractor hood, normal light bulb rigged in, life-threatening. Outside light does not work. Toilet downstairs keeps running. Living room light flickers. The drain in the kitchen was clogged, this was reported, and it was also resolved immediately, super arranged. In other words, I want to say check if everything is functioning before guests arrive. Additionally, I still want to make a comment, normally the cottage is for 6 people, with 1 sunbed, is very little. Despite everything, we have booked again for next year.

Top location by the water. Wonderful enjoyment. There are always points for improvement regarding cleanliness. For example, I thought the dishwasher was leaking, but a new one had just been installed according to the lady at reception, but the shelf underneath was very dirty.

The location of the house by the large canal was great. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are spacious and large enough for 6 people. Everything in the kitchen is also sufficient. On the large dock, you can enjoy yourself in nice weather and under the shelter when the weather is less nice. Akkrum is within walking distance, and there are enough shops for your groceries.

Location is outstanding. Heating management works very well, we had very different weather and that was worth its weight in gold. Great that there are trash cans everywhere and generally the waste issue is well resolved. Not good: The dishwasher was defective, it cleaned more dirty than it did anything clean. (We reported it) The drying rack was completely broken and unusable. Very bad for us as anglers to dry rain gear. Overall, cleanliness needs to be improved. At first glance good, but dead flies on all the windowsills inside are not acceptable at all. Hair in the drain is also difficult. I vacuumed the stairs myself first. The knives in the kitchen are completely dull except for the smallest one. Good that we had our own. With the TV, you can only watch independently through the Amazon app. This is difficult for many people.

We stayed in house 40. A beautiful, spacious house. Equipped with all conveniences. Nice location, with a dock by the water. A great spot for fishing. In the house, there was a tidy information booklet about the house and activities in the area. The only thing we missed in this book was a user manual for the combined microwave. Akkrum is a charming little place with surprisingly many shops and a good supermarket. Furthermore, we had a wonderful stay at park Tusken de Marren.

Our outdoor table turned out to be broken upon arrival at the house. This was not communicated to us during check-in. After we noticed this, we reported it by phone to the reception, and it was satisfactorily resolved the next day with a new table.

What a nice weekend we had! We greatly enjoyed a clean, spacious house (no. 40) equipped with all conveniences, but mostly enjoyed being outside. Boats passed by all day, and there was always something to see. An outdoor dining table, picnic table, and lounge set— we have never seen such an extensive setup. Our 2-year-old daughter waved at people on the boats all day and thoroughly enjoyed the playground, with the highlight being the Frisian bouncy castle! What we also really appreciated was that the cozy village of Akkrum is just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Enjoyed shopping in the nice home and clothing stores and got some delicious meat for the BBQ at the butcher. Having drinks and dining outside at Kromne Knilles was a delight, and we also had a great meal at the Italian restaurant in the village. In short, this beautiful park in a top location by the water is highly recommended; we would love to come back!

Great beautiful location. Really enjoyed it. There was a lot to see because you are on a through navigation waterway. We are definitely planning to come back to the location.

The most fun is watching the boats pass by and of course, especially sailing with a sloop yourself. The house was great again and the park is always neat and well-maintained.

Very hospitable, thank you for the bottle of wine. Beautiful park, so much to see and yet so peaceful, wonderful. Nice surroundings. You can go in all directions by boat. This was our second year, and as we now think, we will come back next year.
