The holiday flat "Haus Lucie" extends over two floors:
The entire ground floor can be rented for up to 3 people, or the upper floor can be booked for up to 6 people.
The ground floor (approx. 60 m²) comprises:
A large living-dining room with a view of the garden, forest and Marian column, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with access to the garden, a small shower room with WC, washbasin and shower area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The upper floor also offers
A bedroom with double bed (140 x 200), a bedroom with single bed (90 x 190), a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The outdoor area offers a terrace with barbecue facilities, a covered seating area and a lawn.
The location, size and facilities guarantee a pleasant stay even when fully occupied and for longer periods.
The house is completely non-smoking. As we make it suitable for allergy sufferers as far as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to bring pets.

Our holiday flat is located close to nature directly next to the Trier city forest, but at the same time close to the city, slightly elevated above the Moselle. The residential building leans against the rocky slope and is accessed from the street via a double flight of external steps.
Located directly on the Eifelsteig trail, this is the ideal starting point for shorter and longer hikes or mountain bike tours.
You can also explore the numerous cultural monuments of the city of Trier from here:
The city centre with Porta-Nigra, cathedral and main market can be reached on foot in just 15 to 20 minutes. The nearest bus stop is only about 200 metres away. You can find information about the city bus at vrt-info.de .
The banks of the Moselle "Zurlauben" with its numerous restaurants and bars can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on the way to the city centre.
The university can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. From here, it is another 10 minutes to the Weißhauswald forest and the wild animal enclosure.

Super holiday apartment
We, four friends, arrived for an extended weekend and were warmly welcomed by the landlord. He showed us around all the rooms and gave us many good tips for sightseeing in the city. We were exceptionally pleased with the house. It is tastefully and practically furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Those who enjoy cooking will be pleased with the well-equipped kitchen. We happily used the garden on sunny days. We felt completely comfortable and would book the house again at any time. We sincerely thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious welcome wine.

Great house with outdoor seating area.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlord.
He showed us around the house and provided the necessary tips and directions.
The house is fully equipped and everything is very tidy.
Even on the very hot days, it was quite comfortable inside the house.
We didn't use the living room much; it was wonderful to sit outside in the covered seating area, and it was fantastic to spend time here in the evenings. The center of Trier is even comfortably reachable on foot in about 30 minutes.
We really enjoyed the house and the surroundings and will definitely come back.

Highly recommended!
Reliable, flexible, and very friendly landlord. Everything worked perfectly, all details are correct. Top location, very quiet, great amenities (high-end). Garden area and layout are very nice.
Since 2018 we have been renting out our lovingly renovated and well-equipped holiday flat "Haus Lucie" on the outskirts of Trier. We look forward to your visit!
