Description
Luxury holiday villa with thatched roof, just 800 meters from the North Sea beach of Callantsoog and only 1300 meters from the center of the beautiful seaside resort of Callantsoog, equipped with every luxury such as sauna, sun shower, fireplace, box-spring beds. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower and bath on the upper floor and another toilet on the ground floor
Almost hidden from view, child-safe garden on the southwest, terrace with windbreak, relatively hidden bicycle shed for eight bicycles in front of the house behind the hedge, parking space for 2 - 3 cars, well maintained, new furnishings inside and outside the most common German television channels, all three televisions have internet (free WiFi), in a very quiet, family and dog-friendly park with reception, service, playground, etc.
Plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, glasses are new and plastic children's crockery is also plentiful. A new induction cooktop for commercial kitchens allows for fast food preparation.
You can also use the fireplace in the living room, which is fully functional. Firewood is available relatively cheaply in the supermarket in Callantsoog. Grilling on the terrace is also allowed, provided there is sufficient distance from the thatched roof.
Thanks to the solar system, the house is also very sustainable in terms of energy consumption and low in CO2. In addition, all bedroom windows and all patio doors are equipped with high-quality mosquito screens. Thanks to the thatched roof and good insulation, all bedrooms on the top floor are pleasantly heated in the summer. Living area approx. 135 - 140 square meters, it is even more spacious than in the photos. If seniors are traveling with you, the lower bedroom with attached bathroom is ideal. For the garden furniture, we have also considered 4 higher armchairs with adjustable backrests and a 900 liter storage box. To ensure the safe stay of babies and small children, there is a stair gate at the top of the cupboard that can be hung if necessary.
At the reception of the complex you can also reserve cots, high chairs, bicycles, tandems, dog and children's carts, etc., bed linen, towels, etc.
Dog(s) are also very welcome.
The house is ideal for 2 families up to 4 people, groups of friends, club colleagues, large families, family holidays including grandparents, etc. Of course you can also travel with 8 people and several babies. If you prefer, you can of course also come with fewer people.
We look forward to your visit, from now on we also have a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner for the small crumbs or beach sand etc. in the house, the kitchen and flower beds have been taken care of and everything is in tip top condition for the new season! !! A dream with a thatched roof!!!
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'
The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!

In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 130 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Ich war vom 03.-17.12.2022 in Buitenplaats 130 und habe mein Homeoffice einfach mal an die Küste verlegt. Wie immer war es ein sehr schöner und rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Bei der eisigen Kälte, die dieses Jahr herrschte, war die Sauna ein hervorragender Tagesausklang. Das Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten und die tolle Umgebung, zusammen mit dem tollen Ort Callantsoog und seinen wahnsinnig lieben und hilfsbereiten Anwohnern, macht den Aufenthalt einfach perfekt!

Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Buitenplaats. Es hat uns gut gefallen . Leider war die Spülmaschine nicht sauber als wir kamen und auch der Abfluss im Saunabereich verstopft. Wir haben es mitgeteilt, aber selbst gereinigt. Das Bad war renoviert, was wirklich schön ist. Dennoch sollte das Thema „Sauberkeit“ stärker beachtet werden, es war doch recht staubig und viele Spinnennetze. Es war dennoch sehr schön und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns alle sofort in diesem Haus wohlgefühlt. Sehr modern einrichtet super schöne Badezimmer. Der Anbau ist auch perfekt für älter Personen die schlecht Treppen steigen können, da es auch unten ein komplettes Badezimmer gibt. Luxus ist natürlich die Sauna( die wir jetzt nicht bei 27 Grad Außentemperatur genutzt haben) und die Sonnendusche. Betten sind bequem ,vor jedem Fenster sind Mückenschutzgitter sogar an der Terrassentür. Rundum ein richtig tolles Haus für 8 Personen.
