Welcome to our detached villa with a spacious garden, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beach in North Holland. Beautifully authentic on the outside, modern but also very cozy on the inside. The villa has recently been furnished with great taste and attention to detail. You will therefore lack nothing. With 6 people you can enjoy all the beauty that this luxury villa and the coastal surroundings of Callantsoog have to offer. Beach, sea, cozy terraces, nice restaurants, Schagen and Den Helder within cycling distance, the cheese market in Alkmaar, extensive nature reserves and of course the famous flower fields.
You can easily park two cars right in front of the door. There is a very large, enclosed garden surrounding the villa. This is accessible from the living room through French doors. Ideal for letting your children or dog play safely. Pets are welcome in our villa, provided they are not taken upstairs or sit on the benches and of course are walked outside the villa park.
The villa has three bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, a spacious kitchen with beautiful crockery and glassware to set a beautiful festive table during a culinary evening, a spacious living room with modern TV and sound system, a second toilet and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and garden furniture. The whole has underfloor heating, making it pleasantly warm in winter and nice and cool in summer. You are welcome all year round. How about a few weeks of summer holidays with the family, a weekend away with friends, or a midweek alone without the kids. Everything is possible.
The holiday park with reception is located in a very quiet area within walking distance of the beach entrance and is only accessible to residents and tenants. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for peace seekers, beachgoers and nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here the young children can play together on a pirate ship, football field, table tennis and jeu de boules. You can also sail and fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!
Some suggestions for your autumn/winter stay; a culinary weekend cooking yourself in the spacious kitchen with friends or family, a home spa weekend with friends (a cosmetics making workshop in the villa is possible), culinary enjoyment at restaurant TOV or Stiel in Schagen and further chilling on the beach , get a breath of fresh air with your family and dog on the beach and in the woods around the villa park, shop & relax for a weekend; a day of shopping in the shopping city of Alkmaar and relaxing in the nature of Callantsoog, a relaxing place for a cozy bachelor weekend, getting away from everything and everyone... a wonderful place to retreat and enjoy the natural elements.
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'
The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!

In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 134 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Das Haus war schön eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war ausbaufähig und die Gartenlounge müsste mal erneuert werden. Am Inventar des Hauses hat uns nichts gefällt. Der Willkommenswein war sehr lecker

Wir kommen ein paar Mal im Jahr und sind mit der Buchung über DeKust immer sehr zufrieden. Das Haus Nr. 134 hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr schön eingerichtet und toller Garten. Nur Fliegengitter haben uns in den Schlafzimmern gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln...

Kurze Info: -der Ständer des Sonnenschirms bricht auseinander -der Wasserzulauf der Waschmaschine war nicht zu und wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft Wasser im Flur Sonst war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt

Wir waren sehr viel am Strand und hatten tolles Wetter. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist toll. Der große Garten hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen
