Description
This idyllic holiday villa with thatched roof and sunny garden has a special charm! Not far from the beach (900 m) and within walking distance of the town center of Callantsoog, this is located on a small lake with a private wooden jetty and a view of water and reeds. It offers space for six people and is an oasis of well-being. The nature-friendly garden with a wonderful lawn and shady trees offers space to play and relax; old rose hedges border the property.
On the spacious, light-flooded ground floor there is, in addition to the entrance area with cloakroom, guest toilet and separate storage room, the large living and dining area and a generously furnished open kitchen.
The highlight of the kitchen is the new induction cooker, which leaves nothing to be desired with five hobs and a wealth of crockery for your own cooking creations. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave and all kinds of kitchen appliances (two types of coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer and much more).
Makkumer tiles and the tiled floor with underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom create a comfortable living atmosphere.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with two sleeping options. The large bathroom with shower and shower stool, bathtub, toilet, a vanity with enough storage space and essentials (hair dryer, toothbrush cup, small first aid kit, etc.) and a wonderful view of the water at sunrise make every day a new experience.
The interior design is characterized by attention to detail. As owners, we try to design the house in such a way that we can feel comfortable ourselves.
In the storage room there is a combination washer-dryer, a clothes horse, ironing board and iron, a bistro table with two chairs for a glass of wine in summer on the wooden walkway.
The holiday villa is adjacent to a nature reserve, which is home to a unique natural and bird life. It is within walking distance and is suitable for many exploration tours by bike or for walking. A dream for nature lovers, orchid lovers and birdwatchers!
The holiday village itself is located on a small lake with an island and is only accessible to guests and residents. In the middle of the island there is a playground where children can climb on a pirate ship, or play football, basketball or table tennis. There is also the opportunity to play boules. The entire park invites you to enjoy!
Bungalow park 'De Buitenplaats'
The holiday park 'De Buitenplaats' (150 villas) with reception is very quiet and is only accessible to residents. The park is suitable for young and old, for couples or families, for those seeking peace and quiet, for beachgoers and for nature lovers. A small children's playing field has been set up in the middle of an island. Here, young children and their parents can enjoy, for example, the pirate ship, the football field, table tennis, Jeu de Boules and much more. You can sail, but also fish along the waterfront, so enjoy!

In the vicinity of the holiday home Buitenplaats 47 there are nice facilities and many activities are organised. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is around the corner for any groceries.
The beach is within walking distance, where many activities are organized during the summer period. Such as a morning horse riding ride or learn to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling routes through the beautiful dune area lead you to nearby places such as Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.

Ein super schönes Haus mit sehr gemütlichen Ambiente. Super ausgestattet - es fehlte nichts. Der Steg mit dem Blick auf den See war ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Dieses Haus am See bietet so viel Wärme und Geborgenheit und ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt Die Mahlzeiten am See einzunehmen war einfach herrlich! Ein wunderschöner gepflegter Garten mit Gartenhäuschen befindet sich hinter dem Haus. Vielen lieben Dank an die Eigentümer, die den Gästen ihres Hauses vertrauen und so viele Extras bereit stellen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen, falls dieses Haus auch das nächste Mal verfügbar ist! Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!

Die Ferienanlage ist großartig organisiert und sauber. Es ist dort ruhig (Osterferien) und die Lage am Teich ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist großartig, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Mit großer Liebe und viel Geschmack ist das Haus eingerichtet, so ist man vom ersten Augenblick auch mental 'im Urlaub'. Wir sind bereits das zweite Mal dort gewesen und werden sicher weiterhin zu den 'Wiederholungsurlauber*innen' gehören. Vielen Dank, dass wir an diesem kleinen Paradies teilhaben dürfen.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus mit vielen Extras. Man sieht, dass den Eigentümern das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Man merkt dem Haus an, dass sich die Eigentümer hier persönlich kümmern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gepflegt. Das Grundstück am See ist traumhaft und bietet sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen im Garten. Der Garten ist gut gegen Einblick von außen geschützt. Die Ferienanlage ist insgesamt sehr schön und ganz anders als die vielen Anlagen in der Umgebung. Der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt ist kurz und auch zu Fuß machbar. Toll sind die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass Schlaf- und Badezimmer im Obergeschoss liegen und die relativ steile und schmale Treppe nicht für Jeden geeignet scheint.

Buitenplats ist ein toller Villen-Park. Unser Haus Nr. 47 war toll, sehr gute Ausstattung, wirklich an alles gedacht, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Drachen waren vorhanden. Wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Buchung und Abwicklung sowie Ankunft waren problemlos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt: perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll, großartige Küchenausstattung, tolle Terrasse am Wasser. Eine Oase der Ruhe und des Genießens. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Früher gab es am Teich im Bereich von BP 47 eine Absicherung, damit niemand in den Teich fällt, sehr wichtig insbesondere bei Kleinkindern! Ansonsten alles top und liebevoll eingerichtet, toll insbesondere die 3 Fietsen zur kostenlosen Nutzung und die vielen Zettel mit Erklärungen. WLAN nicht immer verfügbar.. Sehr nett und informativ die ornithologische Büchersammlung!
