Welcome to our charming Provençal stone house in Chateauneuf de Grasse! Our holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests on 180 square metres of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
The house is surrounded by a 3000m2 beautiful garden with natural landscape where you can find relaxation. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with our BBQ grill, a game on our petanque court or relax by the private swimming pool surrounded by trees and plants. A car park is available for your vehicles.
Several terraces offer breathtaking views of the surroundings and the sea, ideal for al fresco dining or just relaxing. Inside the house you will find a cosy fireplace and air conditioning for your comfort. A hot tub is also available to make your stay even more enjoyable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is also a TV for your entertainment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer.
Long term lets are available and please note that this is a non-smoking property.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is nestled in the hills behind Cannes, secluded in a private domain just a short drive from the historic towns and villages of Grasse, Valbonne, Mougins and Gourdon. There is a weekly market in a village 10 minutes walk away as well as local butchers, bakeries and a selection of shops and cafes.
Nice airport is 25 minutes away by car and the beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Nice can all be reached within 30 minutes.
Local golf and tennis clubs as well as riding stables can be found in the surrounding area, which is around 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
Various hiking trails are accessible around the property and offer beautiful walks to ancient Roman camps as well as river walks along the River Loup.

You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in by 12:00 noon Central European Time (CET). For cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of the booking amount minus the cost of the first night and the cancellation fee.

House with prime location
We spent 1 week at Pentecost in the house. The communication with the German-speaking landlord was perfect, very friendly, always prompt. The house really has an ideal location with proximity to villages and towns on the Côte d'Azur. Dreamlike view and a non-visible property, the invisible road is audible (hence the good insulation). The absolute highlight is the pool, and we also found the private pétanque court on one of the 8 terraces very French. For us, the one week was therefore the ideal relaxation, a clear recommendation!
