This newly built vacation home features an open-concept kitchen and living area on the ground floor with direct access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace. There, you’ll find lounge chairs and patio furniture for relaxing outdoors. The bright living and dining area includes a smart TV, a selection of novels, and board games. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking together in the evenings. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable box-spring double beds and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two bathrooms with rain showers offer additional comfort after an active day.

The Süsterhüs is modern, comfortable, and well-located. The beach is just 750 meters away, and the Kölpinsee train station is 500 meters away. The Usedomer Bäderbahn connects the town with Heringsdorf, Swinemünde, Wolgast, and other destinations on the island. Whether hiking, biking, or spending a day at the beach—this place is an ideal starting point for your getaway on Usedom.

Included service package:
To kick off your stay, we provide a free starter package with household items: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, 1 bottle of dish soap, 1 bar of hand soap per sink, 1 dishcloth, 1 kitchen towel, and 3 dishwasher tabs.

Smoking, parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted in the accommodation.

Guest access:
The house is entirely at your disposal. A private parking space is located directly in front of the entrance.

Additional information:
A high chair is available free of charge in the accommodation.

Alles topp, - schönes, neues Haus, funktional, aber geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Tolle fußläufige Lage zum Strand. Volle Punktzahl!

In dieser neuen und freundlichen Unterkunft fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Es fehlt an nichts. Den Strand erreicht man fußläufig in etwa 8 Minuten. Ein- und Auschecken hat reibungslos geklappt.

We were already in the accommodation for the second time. We especially love the equipment. Many details have been thought of (books for children and adults, top kitchen equipment!, travel yoga mat,...) that make the stay incredibly pleasant. Even though it is not right around the corner from the beach, you can get there and back relaxed, and the area is not overcrowded. We felt very comfortable!
