A modernly furnished apartment in a prime location on the beach boulevard in Egmond aan Zee. Equipped with luxury facilities and with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is located directly at the beach entrance and a few minutes' walk to the cozy village. You also have a private parking space and a storage room on the ground floor.
The suite apartment is located on the third floor of the Atlantis building and can be reached by elevator. The apartment is 91 square meters and is modernly furnished with designer furniture and a Sony OLED TV of 55 inches with streaming capabilities through the built-in Chromecast. The kitchen is equipped with Siemens built-in appliances including a halogen cooktop, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, and a SMEG refrigerator.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed of 180x210 and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower. And the 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed of 90x200. All beds are equipped with high-quality ergosleep mattresses and are made up on arrival with Riviera maison sheets. Additionally, the bedrooms have ample closet space and offer views of the village of Egmond and the surrounding dunes.
In the hallway, you will find a separate 2nd toilet.
The apartment has a private parking space and a small storage room on the ground floor for 2 bicycles. The apartment is non-smoking and no pets allowed!

Egmond aan Zee is also called the pearl of the Dutch coast. This is due to its location relative to tourist attractions and places such as the cheese market in Alkmaar, 15 minutes away, and the sea aquarium in Bergen aan Zee, 10 minutes away, as well as the Zaanse Schans with its famous mills, 25 minutes away, and cities like Amsterdam and Haarlem, 30 minutes away. In the village of Egmond aan Zee itself, you will find plenty of entertainment such as the beautiful beaches with trendy restaurants and beach clubs. And a wide range of shops, a bowling alley, and for example, the 3rd best SPA in the Netherlands. So that you have plenty to see and do during your stay. Egmond aan Zee is originally an old fishing village, and you can still see this in the contemporary architecture. You will also find various cozy markets and museums in the village that are more than worth visiting.

Great apartment, directly on the beach.
Class apartment, with its own parking space, directly by the beach.
Balcony with a view of the sea and the sunset.
Everything you need is available in the vacation apartment.
Very friendly and quick communication with the landlord.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location with minor drawbacks.
Great location to the beach and the town! The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator available), spacious, tastefully furnished, and very clean. Good beds. All necessary appliances and equipment are available. Wi-Fi works quite well. Reserved parking space directly at the house. The view of the sea is limited to a small balcony facing northwest with no sun. The bedrooms are a bit cramped, but that didn't bother us. Overall, we felt comfortable here.
There must be a downgrade for the service, as despite multiple inquiries, a waste pass was not provided to us. We had to store the garbage in the apartment; luckily, we cooked very little ourselves... This is an absolute no-go.
