Your new dream holiday destination
Our house "Ciriella Peppola" is the third house in our spacious resort in the Piedmont hills around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. A bouquet takes you up the hill, through woods and meadows, past our two houses "Stella" and "Pigna", to the front of the house. The complex, with its spacious tiled terrace and saltwater infinity swimming pool, welcomes you in the middle of an oasis among chestnut trees that offer a wide view over the hills and the valley. The house is isolated from the other houses. It is identical in construction to our house "Pigna" and offers over 2 floors and a gallery space for up to 4 people. The house, the pool and the completely fenced garden are at your exclusive disposal (no other guests).
On the ground floor is the bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and bidet, as well as the laundry room with washing machine.
The ground floor with its approx. 50 sqm is bright and open, the modern living is one with the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides offer a fantastic view into the valley with its hills. From here you reach the approx. 50 sqm large terrace with salt water infinity swimming pool (approx. 8x4m, depth approx. 1.40m).
From the ground floor a staircase leads to the gallery (approx. 15 sqm) with a double bed.
The whole house is tiled and has underfloor heating, except for the gallery. The spacious terrace runs around the house and is completely tiled. On the terrace you can spend the balmy summer evenings in our lounge corner, awnings can be extended as sun protection. Enjoy cozy barbecues, an electric grill is at your disposal. The house is air-conditioned.
WiFi in the house and at the pool available free of charge. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots. Open living room with German-language satellite TV, sound system, relax couch and large windows with views of the hills and valleys.
Ciriella 'Peppola' is a non-smoking domicile, smoking is not allowed in the whole house and on the terraces.
The saltwater infinity pool is exclusively available to guests of Peppola.
The car can be parked comfortably in front of the fully covered basement, suitcases and groceries can be unloaded conveniently. The grounds are closed off by a gate.

Ciriella "Peppola" is the third house in our spacious resort. It is located in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the middle of woods and meadows at about 630 m above sea level. You can reach "Peppola" via an asphalted road, well gravelled towards the end, which leads directly to the house.
Ciriella "Peppola" is situated at about 630 m above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it is about 10 km. From Strada Provinciale 52, follow the road for about three kilometres, always uphill, until you reach Ciriella at the end. There are extensive hiking trails directly from the house. A fantastic area with fantastic motorcycle routes through small villages with many curves and little traffic.
Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (the idyllic Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, motorcycle tour Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale) or to the thermal springs in Acqui Terme. In autumn the world famous truffle fair in Alba takes place every year with a lot of program. Stroll through the unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont or relax with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella

We will hand over the keys upon your arrival and give you an introduction to the property. We are available for tips and information and are personally available for you during your stay in Ciriella in case of problems.
Ciriella is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house or on the balconies.
We attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. Even before the Corona pandemic, we already met an above-average standard of hygiene. We want to keep it that way.
All our bed linen and towels are cleaned and disinfected in a laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest change, bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected

Pure relaxation in a dreamlike setting
We were in this beautiful house for 10 days in July 2023, which really leaves nothing to be desired. Top equipment, super clean, wonderfully quiet in a beautiful setting in Piedmont.
We had a great Giro Pizza evening with nice guests & neighbors, great conversations and last but not least, thanks to the empathetic hosts Melanie & Babette, it became unforgettable beautiful & relaxing days, hopefully not for the last time...

Recovery in a dreamlike environment
We were completely satisfied and had a wonderful time. If you love seclusion and are looking for relaxation in a dreamlike setting, this is the perfect place for you. The house is a dream and even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures!
The private saltwater pool is excellent, we enjoyed it.
There is nothing missing and the service from Melanie and Babette leaves nothing to be desired.

Unforgettable holiday
We spent a wonderful and relaxing holiday in Ciriella. The new Italian-style house is modern and very stylishly furnished inside. The house is very well equipped and very clean. The surrounding terrace lets you wander along with the sun. The view of the hill range opposite and the peace and quiet in the middle of the forest is unique, which we also enjoyed in the great pool. Once again a big thank you to Melanie and Babette for the warm care before and during the holiday. The Bar Luna and the pizza evening with delicious, homemade giropizza from their own stone oven at the reception invite you to linger. We felt very comfortable in Ciriella and can only recommend it.
