Your new dream holiday destination
Our Ciriella Lavanda house is the fourth house in our spacious resort in the Piedmont hills around the village of Castelletto Uzzone. A small road takes you up the hill, through woods and meadows, past our two houses Stella, Pigna and Peppola, to the front of the house. The complex, with its spacious tiled terrace and saltwater infinity swimming pool, welcomes you in the middle of an oasis among chestnut trees that offer a wide view over the hills and the valley. The house is isolated from the other houses. It is identical in construction to our house Pigna and Peppola, but has 2 additional bedrooms and offers space for up to 8 people over 2 floors and a gallery. The house, the pool and the completely fenced garden are at your exclusive disposal (no other guests).
The house "Lavanda" is situated with generous distance next to house "Peppola", trees and plants make the houses mutually secluded. The access to the houses is independent from each other.
In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet as well as the laundry room with washing machine.
The ground floor with its approx. 50 sqm is bright and open, the modern living is one with the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding windows on both sides offer a fantastic view into the valley with its hills. From here you can access the terrace of about 50 sqm with salt water infinity swimming pool (approx. 8x4m, depth approx. 1.40m). On this floor is another bedroom with double bed.
From the ground floor a staircase leads to the gallery (approx. 30 sqm) and another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The whole house is tiled and has underfloor heating, except for the gallery (wooden floor). The spacious terrace runs around the house and is completely tiled. On the terrace you can spend the warm summer evenings in our lounge corner, awnings can be extended as sun protection. Enjoy cozy barbecues, an electric grill is at your disposal. The house is air-conditioned.
WiFi in the house and at the pool available free of charge. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots. Open living room with German-language satellite TV, sound system, relax couch and large windows with views of the hills and valleys.
Ciriella 'Lavanda' is a non-smoking domicile, smoking is not allowed in the whole house and on the terraces.
The saltwater infinity pool is exclusively available to Peppola guests.
The car can be parked comfortably in front of the fully covered basement, suitcases and groceries can be unloaded conveniently. The grounds are closed off by a gate.

Ciriella "Lavanda" is the fourth house in our spacious resort. It is situated in an area near the village of Castelletto Uzzone in the middle of woods and meadows at about 630 m above sea level. You can reach "Lavanda" via an asphalted road, well gravelled towards the end, which leads directly to the house.
Ciriella "Lavanda" is situated at about 630 m above sea level in the municipality of Castelletto Uzzone in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont region. From Cortemilia, the nearest larger town, it is about 10 km. From Strada Provinciale 52, follow the road for about three kilometres, always uphill, until you reach Ciriella at the end. There are extensive hiking trails directly from the house. A fantastic area with fantastic motorcycle routes through small villages with many curves and little traffic.
Day trips to Cinque Terre, to the sea (the idyllic Noli), to the wine region around Barolo, motorcycle tour Ligurian border ridge road (Strada del Sale) or to the thermal springs in Acqui Terme. In autumn the world famous truffle fair in Alba takes place every year with a lot of program. Stroll through the unspoiled nature, discover the wonderful cuisine of Piedmont or relax with a glass of wine in the cozy atmosphere of Ciriella

We will hand over the keys upon your arrival and give you an introduction to the property. We are available for tips and information and are personally available for you during your stay in Ciriella in case of problems.
Ciriella is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is not permitted in the entire house or on the balconies.
We attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. Even before the Corona pandemic, we already met an above-average standard of hygiene. We want to keep it that way.
All our bed linen and towels are cleaned and disinfected in a laundry. All kitchen utensils are washed in the dishwasher at high temperatures between each guest change, bathrooms and surfaces are additionally disinfected

Very beautiful, luxurious holiday apartment with sea view and pool.
Very nice, luxurious holiday apartment. It lacks nothing! Has a great private pool. Very quiet and you can totally relax. In the morning you are woken up by birdsong. All around a great accommodation with excellent service. We can highly recommend it with a clear conscience.

Just a dream!!!
One of our most beautiful holidays in Italy ??!!!
The house is a dream, the equipment is of the highest quality, the property is more than generous.
Cleanliness is given utmost importance here.
The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view of the valley, in a quiet location in beautiful nature.
We felt incredibly warmly welcomed by Melanie and Babette, every wish was fulfilled and they had an open ear for everything. You can feel the passion for their work in every detail. It was great and reassuring to know that we had German-speaking contacts, as there were two elderly ladies aged 78 and 83 with us.
The property is great for dogs, with plenty of space and everything securely fenced.
The swimming pool was by far the best we have ever had, it is heated and the salt level was optimally adjusted. We have never been in the water so often before.
Everything was more than clean, the air conditioning and mosquito screens are a great added value!
In the nearby village of Castelletto Uzzone, there is a very good bakery, good ice cream and delicious pastries. The necessary groceries are also available there. Only about 10 minutes away by car.
The next larger town, Cortemilia, is nice for dining out or strolling around. There is a butcher and two supermarkets where you can find everything like in Germany.
The highlight was the pizza evening organized by Melanie and Babette at the reception. Great atmosphere and excellent pizzas fresh from the oven.
One thing is certain, we will spend our vacation there again next year and are already looking forward to it!
