This charming holiday home in Egmond aan Zee offers the perfect combination of peace, comfort, and an ideal location. Within 500 meters you can have your feet in the sand, while the lively center of Egmond is just 200 meters away. Fun excursions are also within easy reach: Alkmaar is only 8 km away and Amsterdam 40 km. Moreover, you can park for free in the center of Egmond aan Zee, which makes your stay extra carefree!
The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 people and is ideal for couples, families, or friends who want to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the coast.
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a comfortable corner sofa, a television, and a round dining table where you can enjoy a meal or relax. The open kitchen connects seamlessly here and is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a cooktop, and facilities for coffee and tea. There is also a compact yet practical bathroom on this floor with a shower and toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a convenient wardrobe. In the first bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, ideal for a good night's sleep after a day at the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children, friends, or other travel companions.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made and 2 towels per person will be available. Bed linen and towels do not need to be brought yourself. Bringing your own beach towels is, however, convenient.
