Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (covered). Kitchen in the open-plan kitchen with air conditioning, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds and air conditioning.
House rules
The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
