Maintenance work on the infrastructure must take place, and this has certainly been communicated to the owners or landlords in a timely manner. It would have been fair to mention in the property description that the parking lot at the building is currently unavailable and that nearby resident parking is being used instead. The resident parking on the public parking lot itself is a good solution. However, I am curious to see how the situation is during the high season. Not every day visitor will accept the resident parking. The fact that there was no water available for 4 hours due to the construction work was announced with a notice on the front door. Here too, openness from the beginning (in this category) would have been appreciated. Therefore, only 2 stars for on-site service. Nevertheless, we will come back and would also book this apartment again. It is simply wonderful.
