The toilet flush was broken, so no water was refilling and it couldn't be flushed anymore. A call to Paradies Rügen was enough, and shortly after, a man came to see where the problem was, to then inform the appropriate tradesman. This one arrived shortly after, even with the right replacement parts, and repaired the flush. Great service!
