Welcome to my picturesque holiday home on Lake Maggiore in Cannero Riviera!
A picture-book holiday home in Ticino with a fascinating view of the lake.
My house has been extensively renovated and equipped with new furniture, kitchen, bedroom, etc.. The furnishings are solid furniture made by local carpenters. Curtains, tables and handmade tiles come from a Milanese manufactory.
The entire interior design is realised in a high-quality Mediterranean style.
The idea of the "ideal holiday" can be found here for guests who have diverse and sophisticated expectations of their holiday.
The house is in an absolutely peaceful location in the middle of a charming garden with palm trees, cacti and other Mediterranean plants.
The holiday home offers a range of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy the view from your own terrace or spend a relaxing day in the garden. A car park is available directly in front of the house.
A visit to the countless grottos, osteries and canvettis is not to be missed.
The sunsets behind the fabulously beautiful landscape are unforgettable. The central location is ideal for excursions to Milan, Ascona, Locarno and the beautiful islands of Isola Bella, Isola Madre or one of the many valleys.

Vacation at Lake Maggiore
Coming from Munich, there is only Lake Garda for me. My friend encouraged me to explore Lake Maggiore once and as an exception. I am overwhelmed by the scenery and the tranquility and the charming villages found by the lake. However, I was particularly impressed by the Casa, which has now made me a regular guest. The house is very clean, furnished with love for detail, and equipped with a great view. The garden typical of Ticino with many trees and flowers and beautiful nooks to sit in. The furnishings can be described as upscale with a lot of taste. The landlady is very accommodating. All in all, a truly amazing house by my now enchanting Lake Maggiore.

Insider tip at Lake Maggiore
We were able to spend a wonderful holiday in this fantastic house. For 15 years, we have been vacationing in Ticino, especially in the beautiful town of Cannero. This was by far the most beautiful house we have ever rented. Location, facilities, and views are unparalleled. We will now book two weeks every year. In short, everything was perfect and highly recommended.

Pearl in Ticino.
My wife and I spend dreamy beautiful days repeatedly in this great house. The view and location impressed us again, we couldn't get enough of it. We also appreciate the proximity to the village. The direct parking without tiring stairs is a big advantage compared to many other houses in Ticino. All in all, a wonderful place and house to relax and unwind. For those who can or want to treat themselves financially on vacation and appreciate the beautiful individuality, this is the place to be. If interested, it's best to write a short message to the owner and introduce yourself, then the next vacation in this great house will surely work out.

The house was built in 1960 and purchased by my grandad in 1970. Today the Casa is in the third generation of family ownership. In 2020, the house was carefully renovated without losing its Ticino originality. A mix of old and new combined with modern furnishings were the basis for a familiar and cosy atmosphere. The house is a matter of the heart for the family and me and should be treated and respected as such.
