The 94m², as good as new holiday flat is located on the ground floor (one step each in the entrance area and at the terrace door), in a completely renovated house with a large garden, with a snack garden, old fruit trees, stream access (lockable) and a flower meadow. In the garden shed, there is a non-lockable place for bicycles etc. at your disposal. The flat is comfortable and fully equipped, has a ventilation system with pollen filter (good for allergy sufferers). The two bedrooms have a total of four beds. The sofa bed in the living room offers space for two more people, and there is also an extra bed for children. The large furnished terrace with barbecue facilities invites you to relax and unwind. A folder with lots of useful information and tips is available in the flat. Why be satisfied with less?

Location and surroundings of object
Krassach, a district of Weismain, is a small, quiet village with no through traffic in the "Franconian Switzerland - Franconian Jura" nature park and is located at the entrance to the wild and romantic Bärental valley with its two mills. Beautiful hiking trails can be explored from the house, including shady ones suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The popular and very beautiful "Frankenweg" hiking trail is in the immediate vicinity. The Niesten castle ruins, the Kordigast with its fabulous "Spielwienix" playground or Weismain, with its unique water playground and historic old town, with the NordJURA museum, or, or, or, ...... you will certainly not be bored with us. The cycle path is right nearby. You can be in Lichtenfels, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Kulmbach, Bayreuth or the world heritage city of Bamberg in a maximum of 45 minutes by car. In addition, the holiday flat is located in the Upper Franconia gourmet region and therefore offers everything you need to spend a relaxing and unforgettable holiday here.

I would like to briefly introduce myself, my name is Johanna and together with my husband Konrad, we completely renovated his parents' house in 2018 and had the garden redesigned.
