Villa Martin is located in the village of Medaki, 40 kilometres from Pula and 20 kilometres from Porec. The beach can be reached in a few minutes 5 km. This modern furnished 2 storey villa consists of 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, balcony, TV, air conditioning, living area, kitchen and dining area.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms and the open-plan concept with an elegant living area, dining area and a very well equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 3 further comfortable double bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies. The first floor is very suitable for physically disabled guests, as the first floor and access to the outside area are barrier-free.
The living/dining area on the first floor offers direct access to the outdoor area, where another highlight awaits you: the private pool, where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days. The pool can also be heated on request in the low season. A covered outdoor area with a dining table and a wood-fired barbecue as well as a gas barbecue is available so that you can end the day with a cosy barbecue. A swing is available for your children in the fully fenced property.
There is also a private covered car park in the enclosed grounds.
