Upper floor: Hallway with large built-in closet; child safety gate at the stairs. A bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and an adjoining spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and their own access to the balcony.
