Description
From both the living room, kitchen, and of course, the two terraces, you have nothing less than an impressive and dreamlike panoramic view of the sea and nature. The view simply doesn’t get better! Not in this holiday area or in general.
With a short distance to the beach and other activities in the holiday area, including the outdoor pool and several playgrounds, the holiday home is very family-friendly. But the house is also highly recommended for those seeking tranquility and enriching experiences for body and soul.
Overall, the holiday home has five sleeping places distributed among a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, including a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower and underfloor heating.
The open connection from the practical and functional kitchen to the living room allows for plenty of natural light. The large windows in these two rooms not only provide fantastic sea views (over the Little Belt) but also illuminate the interior.
There are electric radiators in each room, but the main heat source is the air-to-air heat pump, which is also financially advantageous. In the living room, there’s a reliable and sturdy wood-burning stove. As a tenant, you’re welcome to bring your own firewood or wood briquettes.
The holiday home includes a flat-screen TV, digital cable TV with over 24 channels, mainly Scandinavian and German ones. There’s also a radio and DVD player. Last but not least, you have free Wi-Fi/internet access (100/100 Mbit, suitable for streaming and gaming). Additionally, there are plenty of garden furniture, a large sun umbrella, and everything you need for grilling.
Parking options are available both in the driveway and on the lawn behind the holiday home.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home STEP-08 is located at Löjt Feriecenter / Sandskaer Strand on the beautiful Löjt Land on the east coast of South Jutland in southern Denmark, approximately 30 kilometers north of the border between Denmark and Germany. From the holiday area, it’s about three kilometers to the small town of Löjt Kirkeby. To the larger city of Aabenraa, it’s approximately 10 kilometers.
From the holiday home, you have only:
300 meters to the quiet and child-friendly beach, where there is also a bridge
or
600 meters to the beautiful beach near the campsite, where there is also a children’s playground. Next to this beach, there is a small cozy harbor / mooring place. At the campsite, you’ll find a kiosk / mini-market that is open during the summer period.
From the holiday home, it’s only 450 meters to the central area, which is open during the summer half-year. As a tenant, you naturally have free access to this area. Here you’ll find:
* Outdoor pool (25x10 meters) with sun loungers
* Small outdoor pool for children
* Children’s playground with, among other things, inflatable castles
* Small playhouse
* Mini-golf, beach volleyball court, and petanque court
* Laundry room with washing machines (creditcard-operated)

* The house is only about 30 km from the German-Danish border / Flensburg and the Genner Bay / Aabenraa Fjord.
Beautiful and idyllic natural landscape with many opportunities for running, playing, or strolling. Of course, this includes walking your dog.
* For golfers, it’s only about 300 meters to the beautiful Aabenraa Golfklub - aabenraagolf.dk.
Many good fishing opportunities.
* 2 km to the ferry that sails to/from the picturesque little island of Barsö in the Little Belt. From the sea view of the holiday home, you can see when the ferry makes its daily trips.
* 3 km to the center of the town Löjt Kirkeby on Löjt Land, where you’ll find supermarkets, a pizzeria, and a grill café.
* 10 km to the cozy pedestrian shopping street in Aabenraa, which, by the way, is one of Denmark’s longest.
* 10 km to the swimming pool/water park in Aabenraa.
* 14 km to the swimming pool in Rödekro.
* Put-and-take lakes within a radius of 12 km.
* 18 km to the large indoor play area Jumpalot.dk for the little ones west of Rödekro (Rotenkrug / DE).
* 23 km to the cathedral city of Haderslev. West of the city, you’ll find Haderslev Dyrepark, a large and beautiful enclosed park where you can enjoy the magnificent landscape in the company of many deer and red deer! Free admission.
* 30 km to the historic border town of Flensburg, which is definitely worth a visit, especially for its cozy pedestrian street.
* 35 km to the Historic Center Dybböl Banke and the old mill near Sønderborg. Here, you’ll gain a unique insight into the war between Denmark and Prussia in 1864. Sønderborg, with its beautiful waterfront promenade and a large number of cozy cafés, is also highly recommended.

60 km to the island of Rømø in the North Sea. On Rømø, you’ll find Northern Europe’s longest and widest sandy beach, approximately 12 km long.

The holiday resort is very attractive for families with children because of its proximity to both beaches, the central area with the outdoor pool, and playgrounds, which provide many good and exciting opportunities for activities. And all of this is within a short distance from the holiday home. Additionally, the area is also excellent for guests who prioritize relaxation, tranquility, and nature. There are also many good fishing opportunities.
