Welcome to the natural stone villa Preveli in Rethymnon, an idyllic holiday home about 6 km from Rethymnon that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and WC. The bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. From this bedroom you have access to the large roof terrace.
On the ground floor is the second bedroom with double bed, AC, (here you will also find the safe) and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Also on the ground floor you will find a third, small bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, but without a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The living room is also comfortably furnished and all German programmes can be received via the satellite system. This area is also equipped with AC, which extends to the kitchen.
A fully equipped kitchen with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven and kettle. Crockery is also provided. The villa is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in the hot summer months.
A television provides entertainment and free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. A washing machine is also available. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests.
The villa has its own garden where you can enjoy the warm sunshine and relax on the terrace. A BBQ grill is available for barbecue evenings. The highlight of the villa is the private swimming pool, which provides a welcome refreshment on hot days. A car park is available.
Long-term rentals are possible and the villa is non-smoking. The surrounding area is allergy-friendly.
