An open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the dining area, living room, and fully equipped kitchen makes this the perfect place to host guests and spend quality time with loved ones. There is a terrace with a covered outdoor dining area in front of the living/dining area. There is a separate toilet at the ground floor.
* The outside area (ground floor level) features a heated 5-by-2,5-meter private pool equipped with an electrolysis system and a sun deck area with six deck chairs for sunbathing, cooling off, and dining al fresco. This property features a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas) and a private pool with breathtaking views of the sea.

Situated two kilometers from the sea on a hill in the Krilo Jesenice (Sumpetar) village. It provides beautiful sunsets in a serene environment along with stunning views of the sea and islands. It is recommended to have a car because two cars can be parked in the lot with video surveillance and safety.
