Description

Welcome to the holiday flat Lütje Stuuv, located in Leezdorf in East Frisia.

Our charming holiday home offers 80 square metres of space on the 1st floor for up to four guests. With two bedrooms and a bathroom, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The flat impresses with its cosy décor with Venyl flooring and comfortable furniture. The living room invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas and TV. The kitchen can be closed with a door and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Enjoy your breakfast or a cosy evening on the roof terrace with a view of the beautiful garden or nature. Two car parking spaces are available from the driveway.

The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds, a sofa bed and bed linen. A baby cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and is equipped with a hairdryer.

The flat is suitable for long-term rentals and offers an allergy-friendly living space. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. An iron and WLAN are also available.

Location and surroundings of object

Located in Leezdorf in East Frisia, a charming village in northern Germany on the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

The holiday flat is located in a rural residential area. If you are on holiday with children, you are guaranteed to make new friends in the neighbourhood.

The sea is approx. 15 km away. The nearest possibility is in Norddeich. From there you can take the ferry to the East Frisian islands of Norderney or Juist.
But you can also reach other seaside resorts in 30 to 40 minutes by car - Neuharlingersiel, Carolinensiel, Bensersiel, Hooksiel, etc.

The romantic fishing village of Greetsiel is about 20 kilometres from Leezdorf and is always worth a visit.

Shopping centres are approx. 5 km away.

For larger purchases you can drive to Moordorf or Marienhafe, approx. 5 km away. There you will find Lidl, Aldi, Combi, KIK, Tedi and Rossmann.

Our small zoo, with petting zoo, can be reached quickly by bike. In case of bad weather there are numerous playhouses and other facilities available.

The towns of Aurich and Emden are well worth a visit.

The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor and is accessible from the outside via a metal staircase. There is a risk of slipping in winter or on frosty days.
Younger children and senior citizens should only use the stairs when accompanied by an adult.

From the roof terrace you can see into the garden with its beautiful pond. The garden and pond are fenced off, but children are not allowed to go there unaccompanied.
