The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2024 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view of the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Seline. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bedroom (12 sq m) with 1 double bed (queen size). Kitchen (15 sq m, walkthrough room) with TV, air conditioning, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (100 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
