Cosy non-smoking holiday flat on the ground floor with south-facing terrace directly on the summer dyke with a wonderful view in a well-kept holiday home with only 4 residential units.

Modern living and dining room with cosy couch and flat screen TV, and a dining table with seating.
Direct access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and unobstructed views.

Separate kitchen with fitted kitchen with 4-ring hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary electrical appliances. Sufficient pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

One bedroom with double bed. Baby travel cot must be brought if required.

One bedroom with tandem bed (second sleeping area can be pulled out).

Daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

Max. 1 dog. No other pets.

If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday flat is located directly behind the dyke. The beach, dog beach, agility park and harbour as well as the Sturmfrei leisure centre with wellness and sauna centre are all within easy walking distance.

Neß mersiel is also known as the Mecca of mudflat walkers and is a state-recognised coastal resort that belongs to the Do rnum district. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.

There is an approx. 25,000 m² bathing beach with beach chairs and play equipment.

For guests with dogs, there is a specially designated dog beach with a large dog playground as a "fun agility park".
