"Villa Anna" is a charming Tuscan country house, strategically located halfway between Procchio in the north and Marina di Campo in the south, just 2.5 km from the respective beaches. Surrounded by a large and marvellous 3000 m2 garden, the flats offer an authentic and unique atmosphere.
The following flat types are available:
GIGLIO flat: approx. 40 m2
for 2 persons. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a small living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. It is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to an equipped garden terrace. It has air conditioning and WLAN
ARCO flat: approx. 75 m2
for 4 to 5 people.
It has two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. It is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to a spacious, equipped garden terrace. Air conditioning and WLAN
AGAVE flat: approx. 85 m² - for 6 people. It has three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms (one of which is included in the largest bedroom). It is located on the upper floor and can be reached via 12 steps from the equipped garden terrace. Air conditioning and WLAN
It is possible to book towels and bed linen in advance at a cost of €25 per person or bring your own.
Outside, guests can enjoy a magnificent garden of approximately 3000m2, equipped for outdoor dining, with a barbecue, outdoor shower and private shaded car park.
Free use of the washing machine in the laundry room is also included, as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit and the balance must be paid two weeks before arrival.

Marina di Campo is the capital of the Comune Campo Nell'Ellba, is very romantic, especially in the evening, is the walk that leads from Viale degli Etruschi to the town centre, as it runs along the beautiful beach.
Marina di Campo is ideal for shopping, for a romantic dinner in one of the many restaurants, but also for socialising in the evening, thanks to the numerous typical restaurants in the town centre where you can relax with a cocktail. During the summer season, numerous events are planned, some of which take place on the beach with real open-air concerts.
The oldest point of Marina di Campo is in the marina area: we are talking about the Marina di Campo area - steps and paths behind the three small piers, where today there are numerous restaurants.
To spend another day, we recommend a visit to the Aquarium, located in the Marina 2 Hotel, about 500 metres from the town of Foce and 1.5 km from the town of Marina di Campo in the direction of Lacona along the road.
Marina di Campo is perhaps the best equipped seaside resort on the island of Elba and attracts many tourists thanks to its wide and beautiful sandy beach, which stretches for 1500 metres.
The beach is the real beauty of Marina di Campo. This place is popular with families and is also suitable for children, as the entrance to the sea is shallow in many places due to the numerous shallows in the sand.

This location is strategically favourable to reach in a few minutes the northern beaches: Procchio, Spartaia, Re di Noce, Biodola, Forno and the southern beaches: Marina di Campo, Galenzana, Colle Palombaia, Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia. In addition, the villa is located on the route of the GTE GRAN TRAVERSATA ELBANA and is therefore ideal for lovers of mountain biking and trekking.
Once you reach the top of the mountain, you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama with views of the northern and southern parts. You can continue a trekking route towards Monte Perone with a visit to the towns of San Piero and San Ilario or towards the sea at Re di Noce.
