Eat in the separate dining area, which blends harmoniously into the living concept.
The bedroom is also carpeted and offers a comfortable double bed. For additional guests, another separate bedroom with a double bed is available on request and at an extra charge, making the accommodation particularly family-friendly. Dear administration, dear landlord, first of all, I would like to say that the holiday property is a really great property, I felt very comfortable and can well imagine coming back. I would like to list what I noticed during the past days in the apartment, which you should not interpret as nitpicking, but rather as a result of sober-pragmatic observations. First, there is a bit of maintenance needed: - The kitchen faucet is very loose. - The dish rack is broken. - The left plastic rail in the shower (when looking at the shower from the outside, it's on the left) was not secure when I first showered; I had to hook it under the left shower sliding wall, maybe it's just temporary. The two shower walls are generally quite difficult to slide. - The electrical system in the hallway (in front of the bathroom) needs to be checked. Each evening, perhaps between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM. At 00:00, the light in the hallway turned on by itself and shortly after turned off by itself again. (Or is there a house spirit? ;-)) - In the bedroom, the left drawer front of the TV table is loose. - The refrigerator is intermittently very loud (and strains the nerves), possibly it is no longer functioning properly. There is also a need for cleaning: - The great red carpet needs cleaning, especially here. In the bedroom next to the left armchair (large dark spot) or also in the stairwell. - Partially, the curtain blinds are stained, for example, the blind next to the kitchenette. - There were several clothing moths in the apartment, among others behind the blind in the bathroom. And one more thing about me as a guest: I had to leave a (empty) suitcase that broke on my way here in the apartment because I didn't know how and where I could dispose of it. I sincerely apologize for that. And I thank you very much in advance for the disposal! Best regards again from Berlin, Cindy Behr Desired additions to the equipment: - A hanging option for wet towels would be great, especially if multiple people live in the apartment. I had to hang my wet towels on the handles of the shower walls. - A full-length mirror would also be useful. - In the kitchen, a knife sharpener and some higher quality kitchen knives would be wonderful.
