Welcome to the holiday home Bude17, located on the beautiful Timmendorfer Strand.
This spacious terraced house offers space for up to 6 guests with a living space of approx. 98 square metres, spread over a large living and dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bude17 is located less than 150 metres from the beach, where you will find a beach chair in the 1st row (during the season from May to the end of August), which we provide free of charge.
The house is equipped with modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A car park is available so that you don't have to worry about parking your vehicle. The terrace/covered veranda offers a pleasant place to relax and enjoy before and after a day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee machine is available to prepare your meals.
We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair for our youngest guests. We have also provided many board games and children's toys.
There is a large television in the living room and a smaller television in bedroom no. 3 on the ground floor in case of bad weather.
Bed linen and a set of towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Then there are countless possibilities around the Bay of Lübeck.

Bude17 is centrally located between Timmendorf centre (12 min walk) and Niendorf harbour (10 min walk) in a one-way street. The beach is less than 150 metres away. The nature reserve (400 m) invites you to take a nice walk. Lübeck and Eutin are ideal for excursions, shopping and sightseeing.
