Since we enjoyed the extension of the 100-year-old villa so much in 2005, we decided to extend the shed at the back of the property in 2006 as well. Here, too, we have emphasised the original regional character. The cottage has three bedrooms, a cosy gallery for watching television, a beautiful solidly built open-plan kitchen with all modern conveniences, a luxurious bathroom in natural stone marble with underfloor heating and a heated bench, a conservatory and its own separate garden area.
We give you the 6th and 7th night for free when booking 5 nights outside the high season!
Free parking directly at the property. We provide bicycles and a trolley to the beach free of charge, as well as WLAN. Own washing machine and dryer, as well as bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person), cot, high chair.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is situated in the quiet Kastanienallee Timmendorfer beach. It is a quiet residential area, the center of the village about two kilometers. The beach is a few minutes walk away (much less than 500 meters). The house stands on a large, fenced lot with beautiful garden, car parking spaces are available. The top floor and a detached small house in the back part of the property can be rented. The traditional seaside Timmendorfer beach is located in the Bay of Lübeck, on the Baltic coast. 20km to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Travemünde is 7km away. In the immediate vicinity there are 3 golf courses, the Niendorfer fisheries and sailing harbor, near the Baltic Sea spa. The center offers fashionable holiday flair and elegant shopping in conjunction with original seaside holiday.
