Villa Dalmatinac, a highly luxurious estate with many entertainment and relaxation amenities, is located in the calm part of the village Murvica, a suburb of the town of Zadar.

The tastefully furnished interior spreads over 220 m2 on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor you can find a spacious open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as one bedroom and an extra bathroom with toilet.
The remaining five bedrooms are located on the first floor of the Villa, each having an individually controlled air-conditioning and TV. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and all of them have a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area.
The magnificent pool area features a jacuzzi, a heated pool and a children`s pool, delicately separated by a charming bridge across. There are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for when you wish to soak up the sun or catch a bit of shade.
What makes the outdoors so special is the private tavern in a separate building. A summer kitchen with a covered BBQ and dining area provides a space for coming together and spending amazing evenings of preparing and enjoying meals together.
Everywhere you step there are elements of design that tell the story of the effort and love poured into the architecture and details of this magnificent Villa.
The Villa offers free parking places and Wi-Fi throughout.
Please note that young groups and pets are accepted on request.
Please note that the security deposit is 500 EUR, and for young groups is 1000 EUR per booking.
