With two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a breathtaking, very large rooftop terrace for your exclusive use, with a jacuzzi, your stay here will be a real pleasure.
The two cosy bedrooms offer enough space for up to four people and are tastefully furnished to give you a restful night's sleep. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and bed linen to provide you with the utmost comfort.
One of the bedrooms even has the option of separating the beds to create two single beds.
The living room is a perfect place to relax after an exciting day in Zadar. With a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with German satellite TV , you can wonderfully relax and spend cosy evenings here.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the possibility to prepare your favourite dishes. From a cooker and an oven to a refrigerator and a microwave to all the necessary cooking utensils and crockery, everything is available.

The general night's rest from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning is obligatory.
During this time, the use of the roof terrace is also excluded.
Please adhere to the given rules for waste disposal.
In case of excessive energy consumption, we reserve the right to charge for the additional consumption.
The flat is rented for a maximum of four persons. Daily guests are not allowed beyond this.
In case of violation we charge 100 € per guest and day / visit.
Please treat the property and the inventory with care.
The deposit serves as security, which will be retained if the house rules are not observed, should the deposit not be sufficient. Please undertake to compensate for any damage in excess of the deposit.
The hallway and the roof terrace of the house are under video surveillance.
You undertake to leave the rented flat on time at the end of the booking period.

Worth a trip.
Great and lovingly furnished accommodation. A highlight is the large rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. From there, you have a great view and can really enjoy the evening while watching the sunset over the rooftops of Zadar. Very nice landlords who are open to questions and give tips on exploring the area. The nearest small supermarket can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Lidl. The beautiful old town of Zadar can be reached comfortably on foot in about 30 minutes. On the way back, taxis are available to take you back for €10. The airport can be reached by car/taxi in about 30 minutes. It is recommended to rent a car as there are very beautiful excursion destinations.
