The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave and a coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. A kettle is also available for your use. The kitchen cabinets provide ample storage space for your kitchen utensils.
La casa di Nyo is equipped with air conditioning/heating to make your stay comfortable, regardless of the season. In addition, a hairdryer is available for your convenience. The house is smoke-free and offers a low allergen environment.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
