Discover our beautiful holiday home Casa Vera in Denia, a perfect place for a family holiday, but also for couples of all ages. With 70 square metres of living space, two bedrooms, a large living room with access to the terrace, an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a bathroom, this charming holiday home can accommodate up to six guests.
The house is equipped with modern and very efficient air conditioning units to provide comfort even in the warmest months, but also to heat on colder days. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine (Tassimo and Bodum French press), a toaster and all the necessary crockery. There is also a juicer and a sandwich toaster.
Entertainment is provided by a TV with satellite connection and an Alexa. A washing machine with tumble dryer, an iron and a hairdryer are also available. A travel cot with mattress and a high chair are available for families with small children. The house has Wi-Fi (optional for an extra charge), so you can stay connected to the outside world at all times.
Outside the house you will find a barbecue area and a large, partially covered terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the warm rays of the sun. There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house. Long-term rentals are possible (we will be happy to make you an individual offer). The house is for non-smokers.
The holiday home Casa Vera is situated a little higher up on the Montgo mountain, with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea, far away from large hotel castles. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. From the large terrace, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets directly over the sea. Whether you want to spend a quiet holiday on the beach or explore the local culture and cuisine, Casa Vera is the perfect base for your holiday in Denia. In our new outdoor shower with hot and cold water, you can shower outside with a direct view of the sea even in winter.
Directly behind the house there is access to the spectacular Montgo hiking area, where you can explore caves, climb the summit cross or simply go for a walk. The nearest beach, supermarket, town or harbour are only a few minutes away by car. In the immediate vicinity you will find other beautiful beaches for swimming, snorkelling, diving or surfing. In Denia you can park anywhere on the beaches free of charge.
A German doctor is also very close to our house.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.
