This magnificent property is located in Poljica Brig, about 10 km from the attractive coastal town of Zadar and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Nin. Close enough to be in the center of events and far enough to enjoy the song of crickets and the peace of summer evenings in the countryside.
The villa is located on a 1,200 m² property and offers fantastic extras such as a tennis court, gym, jacuzzi, table football, billiards and much more. The holiday home offers 180 m² of living space for up to 10 people.
You have four air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living/dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. In the living area, a sofa bed offers space for two people. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The kitchen is modern with high quality appliances, a fully equipped beautiful dining area, a living room with exit to the terrace.
Outside there is a 15 m² terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. A 1200 m² garden with a 32 m² pool, garden furniture and loungers. Guests also have two garages and a large barbecue at their disposal. For the guests there is also a pool house with sauna, fitness, extra shower toilet and whirlpool. Beautiful tennis and sports field and a youth room with table football, picado and other games.
"OPG Bukvić" of the owner of the villa is located near the villa. It is the domestic production of organic fruits and vegetables using the old traditional method and we are sure that you will enjoy the seasonal fruits from their production, the taste and smell of domestic products and domestic wines with dinner.
There are several beaches nearby, the nearest is a beautiful, sandy beach in Ljubač, 5 km away, great for families with small children, Ražanac or Rtina are 8 km away with cold and clear sea and pebble beaches, or for those with an adventurous spirit, 4 km from the villa are rocks and small coves on the steep side opposite Ljubač.
Younger groups under the age of 23 are not allowed.
