TinyHouse - Wagon (18sqm) for living in nature, horses at the fence to watch and maybe more. This makes the hearts of horse lovers beat faster.
Your accommodation is a cozy construction trailer converted into a vacation tiny house, partially renovated in 2026. A small kitchen, living area with a sofa bed for sleeping (1.40m wide), toilet and washbasin inside, full shower in a separate shower wagon, and a small fenced garden right next to the horses with a grill and seating area make the little holiday idyll perfect. 1 folding mattress can be used as an extra bed, especially for children. You can create more space by booking our cozy shepherd's wagon (6sqm) with a double bed. The shepherd’s wagon is an option you can use, but you must clarify with us in advance.
Runner ducks, chickens, and turkeys are on the farm, as well as 3 cats and our 4 horses. They give a sense of former country life. You will find a quiet, secluded retreat from which you can start your activities – gladly with us and our horse offerings (Horsespeak, Horsemanship, riding for beginners, late and returning riders).
We offer packages individually tailored to you, for example, an insight into a schedule for beginners: On the day of arrival, one hour of Horsespeak – let yourself be surprised by how horses communicate and how you can begin to speak their language. Then we continue with 1.5 hours of haltering, grooming, saddling, leading, and mounting the horses, with first riding attempts. On the third day, we dive into horsemanship for 1.5 hours – who moves whom? Why at all, and how? On the following days, we continue with riding, horsemanship on our grounds, and small rides in the surrounding area. On the last day, we do a final trail, where what has been learned is deepened and demonstrated with a small "test," if you wish. You can combine your stay with a visit to my healing practice. I have been a naturopath since 2004 and mainly work with homeopathy. The Work by Byron Katie, inner child work, Bach flowers, 5BN, and essential oils complement the offerings.
A word about the reviews: Before this listing here, we could be found on ferienwohnungen.de. Unfortunately, this platform was sold and if we had wanted to stay there, our guests would now have to pay horrendous brokerage fees of around 25% on every euro booked. Penzlin is a charming little town in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. Zahren, the small "Gallic village" on the edge of the Müritz National Park, lies in the centre of the triangle formed by the towns of Waren, Neubrandenburg and Neustrelitz. It is the starting point for a variety of discoveries in the surrounding area or simply a place to relax in nature. The Zahren adventure workshop, a paradise for children, explorers and craft enthusiasts, and the canoe camp with our Zahrener Hofsee lake, which invites you to swim or fish in summer, are all within walking distance. You can explore more distant destinations by bike, such as the many lakes, the Schliemann Museum in Ankershagen, the Müritz National Park, the bat house in Kratzeburg and the fishing there, the castle in Penzlin with its unique witches' cellar and, depending on your wishes and inclinations, we can recommend all kinds of destinations for day trips on site. You can go shopping in Penzlin, which is 10 kilometres away, and there are restaurants within a radius of 10 kilometres.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows: - Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price, - Withdrawal 44 to 33 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price, - Withdrawal 32 to 22 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price, - Withdrawal 21 to 12 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price, - Withdrawal 11 days before the start of the rental up to the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price. The tenant is expressly permitted to provide proof that no damage has occurred or that the damage is significantly less than the flat-rate amount. If you are travelling without a car, we can help you with your shopping for a fee. If you are travelling by train, we can pick you and your luggage up in Kratzeburg and Neustrelitz for a fee of 30 euros. This is a popular offer. We can also stop off at a supermarket on the way so that you are well stocked with food and snacks. Cheaper than taking a taxi - it doesn't get any better than that. We can also take your bike with us - there's enough space for several bikes on the small lorry.

far exceeded expectations!!!
Everything fits perfectly in such a cozy furnished caravan in the most beautiful location without feeling cramped: we were amazed and felt very comfortable! Everything is very lovingly arranged, right down to fresh flowers in the kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen equipment is a dream (not even close in many expensive vacation apartments). There are plenty of games available for both children and adults. We don't even know where to start or stop with our praise and enthusiasm... the "own" meadow with the turkey and its hen... , the three diligent runner ducks. . . . Everything very very beautiful! Whoever seeks silence will find it here (and even more)!
I had a magical time in the mobile home!
It is optimally furnished, everything I needed was there, and it didn't feel cramped or squeezed at all.
The kitchen is very well equipped, I slept wonderfully on the sofa bed, there are books and games for children, and the stove can be used for heating on cool days. The best part for me was the tranquility and the starry sky! Perfect for animal lovers, the horses are right next door, and in the meadow, you’ll encounter a turkey, a duck, and a cat :)
