You can walk to the beach and to the village in 2 minutes. The house is located on a dead-end square in a residential area. As a result, it is always quiet. Furthermore, you are within 10 minutes in the nature reserve of the water supply dunes. The railway station where you can catch the train to Haarlem or Amsterdam is a 10-minute walk away. The patio faces west. From 13.00 you will have sun in this backyard. The front and side gardens have sun from morning until 4pm. On the balcony at the rear bedroom, you can sit in the sun until 7pm.
