Description
The room is located on the second floor. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, mini-fridge and has kitchenware to have breakfast oid in the room. The room has a small seating area. It is equipped with a modern bathroom. There is Wi-Fi and a TV. The TV has some channels Dutch, German, English. There is a chromecast to play your phone or laptop on the TV.
There is a shared front garden, used by guests of both rooms as well as the owners. It gets sun virtually all day.
We find it important that it is quiet from 10pm in the evening, we are in a residential area so have to be considerate of each other.
The stairs to the second floor are narrow but easily accessible.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Since 3 June 2022, we have taken over guesthouse The Palmtree. We have a great passion for kitesurfing and enjoy living by the beach. With a lot of love and pleasure we are ready for our guests, to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Hans still has a kitesurfing shop where he is a few days a week and Manon still works in counselling/coaching.
