Description
The flat with a size of approx. 45 square metres and two furnished terraces is ideal for two people or a family with one or two children. One bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, safe, chest of drawers and a terrace with sea view. In the open-plan living area with a second terrace and a view of the sea and the Ligurian Alps, there is an open, fully equipped fitted kitchen and an antique kitchen cupboard containing crockery, pots, etc., as well as a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable bed, a TV with satellite, German TV programmes. We receive internet via satellite with high speed, smartworking is possible. WLAN is available throughout the interior and exterior. The bathroom is equipped with a hydro massage shower, BD, WC and washing machine. The flat is equipped with air conditioning. The furnishings are modern mixed with antique pieces.

Location and surroundings of object
The Ligurian Riviera of Flowers is known for its beauty and its microclimate (not too hot in summer and not cold in winter) and around 300 days of sunshine, a small paradise where the Alps meet the sea. We are located about 100 metres above sea level, 10 minutes from the town of Imperia in the hamlet of Poggi, a medieval village with a bar, restaurant and grocery shop. The house is located outside the village, Poggi can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Oasis of peace in the middle of the olive grove with 360 degree views and the sea nearby.

Whether Sanremo, Hanbury Gardens, the sophisticated Bordighera, Monet's perfect arched bridge in Dolceaqua, Porto Maurizio, the picturesque Cervo with its medieval town centre directly above the sea Another plus point of the holiday home: the starting point of the Pista Ciclabile has been located directly at the foot of the hill in Borgo Prino since summer 2022. The former railway line has been converted into a 24-kilometre cycle path that runs directly along the coast.

- Free cancellation option until 30 days before the day of arrival.
- Im Falle der Annullierung des Vertrages durch den Mieter gilt folgendes: Der Vermieter wird sich intensiv bemühen, einen Ersatzmieter/Ersatzmieterin zu finden. Wird dieser/e gefunden, so werden geleistete Zahlungen unter Abzug einer Kostenpauschale von 100 Euro zurückerstattet. Wird kein Ersatzmieter/Ersatzmieterin mehr gefunden, so sind 80% des Mietpreises als Entschädigung zu zahlen. Ab dem 10. Werktag vor Mietbeginn ist bei Rücktritt der gesamte Mietbetrag zur Zahlung fällig. Ist ein Nachmieter zu den gleichen Konditionen gefunden worden, ist nur eine Kostenpauschale von 15,- Euro zu zahlen. Ein eventueller Mietpreisabschlag des Ersatzmieters ist vom Mieter zu zahlen. Motorway A10 Genova-Ventimiglia, direction Ventimiglia, exit Imperia Ovest. At the roundabout take the second exit towards the sea until you reach the main road "Via Aurelia", then turn right towards Sanremo; after passing the sports ground and a supermarket on the right, cross the river "Prino" and immediately turn right towards Poggi. Poggi is about 2.5 kilometres away.
Attention: Do NOT take the shortcut indicated as "Salita Airenti". The road is very steep and narrow.

Never before have we been so warmly welcomed in a holiday flat, including eggs from our own chickens, fruit, herbs and lemons from the garden, super, thank you very much for everything! Also for the good tips and the nice conversations! Petra and Piero are super nice and friendly hosts, there was also a farinata on arrival for that holiday feeling! The location is great! The flat is very nicely structured and everything is available. 2 terraces with a view of the sea, simply fantastic.
