The double room was a passage room without windows and damp. You can't have a vacation like that.

First of all, the house itself and the host are amazing. Nice place to spend a weekend. But watch out for Belvilla as a booking company. First, they stated in the advertisement that the house has AC. It didn't. When we realized this one day before the trip after a talk with the host, the company suggested a tiny compensation of 85 euros. When the trip ended and we didn't receive the restitution, the reaction to my email was that our policy has changed, please apply for your insurance.

Nice little house for a few days. Wonderful to be able to sit outside on both the balcony and in the garden. Upstairs it can get a bit warm with hot weather, but the bedrooms downstairs are wonderfully cool.

However, communication with the owners can be improved. Although the owner was easily available, communication in English was difficult as she only spoke German and another language. Secondly, we booked during a heavy rainfall period, which the owner could not do anything about. However, I believe communication regarding where to park the car, if we or the house and us as guests were still okay would be hospitable as the river across from the house had flooded up to the driveway of the house.
