Criticisms: One closet was very dusty, in two rooms wallpaper strips were peeling off the wall, and in the bathrooms it did not get warm despite the heating being fully turned up. We had a great stay in this spacious house. The kitchen was well equipped, with even some basic food items like coffee creamer, which was a nice surprise. There was also a bottle of wine set out for us. The artwork in the dining room was nice. It was convenient that we could buy drinks in the apartment, especially if we hadn't brought anything. With a large group, the many bathrooms were very handy. Parking right in front was also a plus. However, we found the cleaning fees to be on the high side, and the beds were not very comfortable.

The house was beautiful and perfect for us, 6 adults and 3 children with a dog. The fact that we had 4 bathrooms was also very convenient. We would particularly like to praise the manager Anca. She was always available to help us, even by phone. As we had flooding on the day we left, we were very grateful for this wonderful service. Without her, we would not have been able to arrive. Thank you very much for that. We were unable to reach anyone at Belvilla for two days to discuss the situation. That was very disappointing.

Very welcoming reception by Mrs. Stoian who directly showed us all the facilities and offered us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The accommodation matched what was indicated on the site, was clean and sufficiently equipped, but an extra pot would be useful when you are in a large group (we were 10 people). Also convenient is the bus stop right in front of the accommodation, as if you want to go to Cochem, you don't need to bring your own car, given that parking in Cochem is not always easy, and we therefore used the bus. We fondly remember our stay in Nehren.
