Welcome to the Casa Clari holiday home in Javea, an ideal place for a family holiday. Our holiday home offers space for up to 6 guests in 122 square metres of living space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a 2200 square metre plot. In the garden you will find many beautiful shady spots to relax under old trees and with a unique view of the Montgo.
The house has a garage and parking facilities on the enclosed plot so that you can park your vehicles safely.
Inside you will find a cosy atmosphere in Spanish country house style. The rustic ambience is characterised by wooden beamed ceilings, attractive interiors and stylish furnishings. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding countryside.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. It also has an oven with ceramic hob and an extractor bonnet.
For your comfort, the bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and heated. Bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. There is also a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, an iron and a hairdryer. Long-term rental is possible and we ask that only non-smokers book.
The bathrooms were completely renovated in 2023 and are modernly equipped, including a shower with glass wall. The bedrooms are cosily furnished, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space in the closet.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with plenty of worktop space. The dining area seats 6 people and is perfect for family meals; the adjoining living area invites you to relax. In the cold season, a fireplace provides additional cosy warmth.
A special highlight is the large glazed naya with views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The naya can also be heated with a wood-burning stove.

Location and surroundings of object
Javea is a picturesque coastal town on the Costa Blanca in Spain. The historic town centre invites you to stroll around with its many lovely restaurants and shops. The large sandy beach of Javea, Playa Arenal, with restaurants and shops is about 5 km away. There are many beautiful bays within a radius of 10 km, some of which can only be reached on foot. A highlight for golfers is the Javea golf course, which is only about 1 km away. Excursion destinations in the surrounding area include the Montgo Nature Park, Cabo San Antonio and Cabo de la Nao, as well as the mountainous hinterland of the Costa Blanca, which is not only popular with cyclists. The nearest supermarket is around 3 km away in the direction of Benitatchell and offers everything for daily needs, while other supermarkets and shops can be found in Javea.

We renovated the Casa Clari holiday home between 2022 and 2024, retaining the authentic Spanish country house style and equipping it to modern standards. We feel very much at home there and enjoy the peace and privacy of the large, fenced property in a residential setting. The house will be available to our holiday guests from June 2024.
