Welcome to Holiday Apartment Ginny, located in the picturesque village of Toscolano Maderno, on the shores of Lake Garda. This cosy 60 square metre flat can accommodate up to 4 guests, with one bedroom and one bathroom.
Immerse yourself in the luxury of our swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and a well-kept lawn, as shown in the pictures. The flat is on the second and top floor, nestled in a quiet and safe residential environment just a stone's throw from the beaches.
In the flat you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle and coffee machine, ideal for starting the day with a hot cup of coffee or tea. In addition, the flat has a TV, washing machine and free Wi-Fi, a double bedroom and in the living room you will find a sofa bed for 2 people. Bed linen is included, as well as a hairdryer.
A private garage within the residence is available to guests free of charge.
Inside the residence there is a beautiful large swimming pool with different depth levels and a shallower pool suitable for children (open from May to September). A choice of 2 sunbeds are always available (no more than 2 per family)
