The apartments for 6 people. are all at ground level and have modern furnishings, among other things with parquet, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The furniture from Indonesia are full of atmosphere and give the apartments a Southern European charm. The living room with 55 "LCD satellite TV is combined with the kitchen and has a leather sofa with fold-out double bed. In the living room is the exit to the terrace with garden furniture and view of the 40 x 15 meter swimming pool. The kitchen has refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob and electric fan oven. In this apartment there are two bathrooms with direct access from both bedrooms. There is a bathroom with toilet / shower and a bathroom with toilet / bath or shower / shower. in the two bedrooms there is a double bed, two single beds and closet space. There are two additional beds for children up to 14 years / camping bed and for children up to 4 years / cot. these apartments include two parking spaces in the garage. in the Residence there is Internet via W-LAN (PC please bring).

The apartments are spread over three floors, accessible by stairs or the four elevators. Here are some distances: 200 m lake and the waterfront, ferry Torri-Maderno 800 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 600 m. The new residence was at 01 Opened in May 2010 and is situated in the district of Maderno.

The weekly prices listed refer to an apartment for 6 pers. with a 15m² terrace. Discounts are available for each additional week. We rent our apartments on a weekly basis with the change on Saturday. Towels can be hired - or bring. Deposit 100 €. All prices are incl. Linens, electricity, hot and cold water, heating, and two parking spaces in the underground garage. Available on location additionally: bed linen extra change - € 5 / person / change, towels - Set of 3/6 € (small-medium-large). Cot up to 4 years - € 16 / bed. Camping bed up to 14 years - 26 € / bed. Internet via W-Lan = 10 € / week. Air conditioning € 35 / week.

Schöne, grosse Ferienwohnung
Wir waren erstmieter dieser Wohnung. Es war alles sehr sauber, hell und gross, wunderschöne Badezimmer. Damals hatten wir leider keine Klimaanlage, daher war es abends zu warm.

Erstbezug
Da wir die ersten Mieter dieser Ferienwohnung waren,fehlte es etlichen Einrichtungsgegenständen.(Biergläser,Eierbecher,Kaffeetassen;Terassenmöbel kamen erst nach einer Woche)Fernsehempfang über Schüssel funktionierte erst nach eigener Reparatur.Beim einschalten von mehr als zwei Elektrogeräten flog die Sicherung heraus!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße.Was störte waren bellende Hunde.
free time activities: Haben wir nicht genutzt,da wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten.
shopping facilities: Zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.Aber sehr hohe Preise!
