The mobile home is located in Toscolano (western coast of Lake Garda), in the holiday village and campsite of the same name, Toscolano, which borders directly on the beautiful Lake Garda. The village is no longer just an insider tip for connoisseurs. Behind the old monastery walls at the entrance is a beautiful square overgrown with trees and flowers, the front of which is bordered by the pebble beach of the lake. To the rear, guests can enjoy a picturesque mountain panorama that perfectly complements the old monastery buildings dating back to the 14th century. The site's bar and restaurant are located here, where you are sure to spend many a must-visit hour in an exceptional atmosphere. It has a private beach, large green areas, modern sanitary facilities, a grocery shop, a restaurant with fish specialities, a bar, taverna and pizzeria. For sports enthusiasts there are 2 swimming pools, one of which is for children, sand tennis courts, a football pitch inside the holiday village and one outside in the immediate vicinity. During the high season, the campsite offers a varied children's entertainment programme. Sports competitions and entertaining activities are organised throughout the week, both during the day and in the evening. It is also possible to book horse riding excursions. Wifi is available free of charge. Washing machines and tumble dryers are also available. This makes the holiday complex ideal for a great family holiday.
The Mobilehome Chalet Lux AGHOR has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The seating area in the living room can be converted into an additional sleeping area if required. The well-equipped kitchen in the living room is stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery and a fridge with freezer compartment. The mobile home also has air conditioning (for a fee) and satellite TV. The seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Pillows and blankets available. Bed linen included. A cot and high chair are also available (please reserve when booking). Travelling time from ital. Border approx. 2h. Half board can also be booked on site on request. Car park available and free of charge. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 06.07.-30.08.2024 the minimum length of stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the period from 22 June to 5 July 2024 and from 31 August to 6 September 2024, the minimum stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday village borders directly on the beautiful pebble beach.
POOL
The holiday village has a children's paddling pool and an adult pool (sunbeds available free of charge while stocks last).
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday village is very suitable for families as it not only has direct access to the beach and children's pool, but also offers children's entertainment, mini club, playground and various sports facilities in high season.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Holiday guests have access to a playground, football pitch, tennis court and pool. Bicycles can also be hired within walking distance. Various water sports are also available on the lake.
SHOPPING
In the mini-market you will find fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, cheese, groceries and various camping items.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also close by. Of course you can also make use of the half-board service at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book this on site (pre-booking is not necessary).

LOCATION

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Toscolano-Maderno is located on the western shore of Lake Garda. The municipality, which has grown together from two villages, is only separated by the Toscolano river. Maderno has a beautiful old town centre and many beautiful villas in large gardens along the lakeside road. A car ferry crosses over here to Torri del Benaco on the eastern shore. Where the parish church of Maderno now stands, there was once a mighty castle with four towers, one of which still functions as a bell tower today. Toscolano has long been known for its paper production and book printing since the Middle Ages. The water of the Tosolano torrent, which tumbled down from the mountains, powered the paper mills. Today, the river is dammed in Lago di Valvestino, high above Lake Garda, and has lost its torrential force as a result. Thanks to its ancient roots, modern Toscolano-Maderno is characterised by a special charm and fascinates its visitors with romantic corners, winding alleyways, small restaurants and beautiful bays. Those who like to spend a lot of time outdoors and go hiking or cycling will certainly find what they are looking for in the surroundings of Toscolano-Maderno. After all, there are numerous paths and trails of all levels of difficulty - for an afternoon family outing as well as for enduring and demanding sports enthusiasts. Every Monday morning, Toscolana hosts a small organic food market with products from local producers. A lovely, typical weekly market with lots of bargains and healthy specialities from the region takes place every Thursday. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with open-air performances is just 1 ½ hours away by car. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
